All UTEC survey personnel hold third-party competence certification at their current grade, in accordance with the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) competency standards for survey. Our independently monitored competence scheme offers survey personnel the opportunity to work towards the next grade and progress their career.

UTEC realises that we not only need to perform our work to the highest standards, but also safely. All UTEC survey personnel are VANTAGE registered and have either completed or are working through the OPITO approved Minimum Industry Safety Training (MIST).
