A Geohazard survey consists of a Geophysical and Bathymetric Survey to identify seabed futures and topography suitable for locating Jack Up and anchored, rigs and platforms.
The analogue data acquired provides information on seabed features and near-seabed geology for jack down conditions. Multi-channel high-resolution digital seismic data is required for assessment of shallow gas and deeper drilling hazards at the proposed well locations.
UTEC have formed alliance with Spectrum Energy & Information Technology Ltd as our preferred data processing house. Our combined QC and data management systems provide Quality Assured, processed final sections for inclusion at the final reporting stage.
